Where do you deliver to?

Currently we only deliver within Australia through our website.  International delivery is coming soon in early 2018.

How long will my delivery take?

Any order received (and payment confirmed) by 2pm will be booked to go out for delivery the next working day provided payment clears in time.  Delivery time depends on where you live.  Kindly see the following link https://www.sendle.com/pricing#delivery-estimates for delivery time estimates, setting the the ‘From’ field as ‘Brisbane’.  Once you have placed your order, you’ll soon after receive a booking reference that you can track on the right hand side of the shop page https://execfunk.com/shop/ Enter your Sendle Tracking Reference and look up.

What if I don't live in Australia

If you dont live in Australia, you can email me at support@ExecFunk.com with the subject International Enquiry, along with your Name, full address and contact number, and i can send you a quote for the item including international delivery.

What is your returns policy?

ExecFunk.com will offer you a refund or exchange for most items within 30 days of purchase.

Exceptions include:

Bedding items can only be returned and refunded if they arrive damaged upon arrival (for hygeine reasons).

Electrical items can be returned within 10 days of purchase.
